Silent Book Club of Death & Grief
A cozy gathering for those interested in themes of death, dying, grief, loss, creative care and liminal spaces.
Browse a curated selection of books or bring your own. We’ll spend time reading independently, then come together at the end to share reflections and connect. No assigned reading. No pressure to speak. There will also be opportunities for book swapping or checking out a book from the Creative Care Work for Mortals library.
This event is currently free & offered every other month. Donations welcome!

Memento Mori-Explorations on Mortality & Grief
A pop up community art show inviting creatives and artists to submit work that explores themes of death, grief, mortality, transition, loss, aging, ancestry and more.
Join us December 4th, 5th & 6th @ Cali Commons in Omaha for a weekend of art and other interactive spaces to connect in community around grief and mortality.

Creative Conversations on Being Mortal
Open & honest conversations about death, dying, grief, aging and what it means to be alive.
Community-led discussions that normalize talking about death in a grounded, non-clinical way. Sessions are themed and encourage engaging in creative prompts. Think death cafe style with a little bit of structure. Mortality cafe meets creative salon?
Offerings are subject to change and will be an ongoing evolution of work.

Creative Legacy Collage
An opportunity to have a collage made in memory of your loved one.
Provide photos, memories and stories of your loved ones including pets and allow me to create a visual mixed media legacy collage for you and your family.
All collages currently start at 50$
Grief Ritual & Creative Care
Liminal Space Sessions
These sessions offer creative and ritual-based support for grief in all its forms. Through conversation, art, music, reflection, and symbolic practice, we make space for mourning, meaning, and continued connection.
What it could include:
Personalized grief rituals
Music-centered reflection and listening practices
Tarot or symbolic imagery/astrology for contemplation (if aligned with your practice)
Guided collage or expressive art making
Writing prompts
Altars, remembrance practices, seasonal rituals
Support navigating identity shifts after loss
Creating ongoing practices of connection with grief
Ancestral work
and more!
In person sessions start @ 80$
Virtual sessions start @ 55$
Recordings or email/text based support start @ 45$
I also offer these sessions on a sliding scale to make this work more accessible. You are invited to choose the rate that feels sustainable for you while also honoring the time, energy, and care that goes into this work.
